Cozy smoking and sitting area outside and patio. quiet, tidy hosts live upstairs and are happy to communicate over coffee or tea. Peaceful neighborhood with friendly locals and fellow travelers. .

It has a charming big veranda and a private, secured yard as well including free internal parking for the visitor cars.

Each room has its own balcony, with a total of 4 balconies per floor. A new, stylish kitchen is available for communal breakfast and dinner. The house has all the necessary appliances and household items. Apartments have a AC only in Living room, wich is enough for the whole apartment.

The Tower is suitable for everyone who’s passionate about nature and the sounds of waterfalls and rivers. Located in Imereti, the wine region surrounded by mountains and rivers. At the beginning of the 20th century, the tower served as a micro-hydropower plant. After the building's rehabilitation, a modern Archimedean screw turbine was installed. The total area of the land lot is 1,130 sq m, with a 140-sq-m building offering a panoramic view.
