Apartamentul este situat într-o casă săsească, în inima BISTRIȚEI, lângă Biserica Evanghelică, de unde începe centrul pietonal cu multitudinea de terase și restaurante. Suntem la 7 min de Lidl(prin Parcul Central) și 15 min de gară(pe jos). Este proaspăt reabilitat și oferă tot comfortul necesar, având o curte interioară cu parcare gratuită.
