The boardwalk passes your front door and is perfect for your morning walks before enjoying a coffee in your private courtyard.

Access to our shared pool through the gate and out the back onto the Clarence River reserve for some fishing or kayaking. 5 minutes drive to Yamba CBD and famous beaches. The space has a equipped kitchenette, BBQ on the deck, separate bathroom / toilet, NBN internet and access to laundry if required. Suits a single/couple or up to 4 people. It has a queen bed and a double sofa bed.
