This is a private beachfront studio type stilt house in our 5 hectare farm beach estate. You will experience the lush and unpretentious tropical idyll where the mountains meet the sea. The backdrop of the property is the majestic Mt. Madjaas, the highest mountain in Panay Island and to the front is the wide expanse of Sulu Sea. Listen to the lapping waters of small stream sound as you stay in our leisure farm where you'll enjoy an entire private palce for you and your family. Theres a villa and a pavillon and a pool where you and your guest can lazy around in a beautiful scenic greenery. Full of tree and plants. This airbnb rate is good for strictly 10 guests only. No visitors allowed. An extra charge of 1000 per guest for overnight use and 500 for day use. Extra rooms available upon request.

Located in rural area of Negros Occidental. Best for Family and Group having a vacation. It is few minutes walk to JKN Fruit Farm. Near to Campuestohan Highland Resort (special trip is available or you can rent vehicle), Guerero Flower Farm and short drive to The Ruins Mansion and 30-min drive from Bacolod-Silay Airport. The place is very peaceful and spacious. Guest can cook and use kitchen amenities.

The best place to relax and chill with a perfect view of the mountains... dip in at our dipping pool and savor the cool water. Have a cup of coffee on our deck with the perfect view of the rain forest of the Mountains of Patag. A 3 minute drive to Duyan Café where you can have breakfast and also enjoy the cool fresh air...
