With stunning views of Merri River Valley and Warrnambool City Views, you'll fall in love with the peace and serenity of our beautiful studio apartment. There is a great bbq/firepit area. We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Acacia Park Guest House is a spacious two bedroom farm house where coastal bliss meets rural charm. Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

Sunsets in the West

Sunsets in the West is located in West Warrnambool - just a few minute drive from the town centre, the beach and most other local attractions. The house was built in the 60’s and has been a renovation project of ours for a few years now. It’s a cosy 3 bedroom home that would suit a family on a seaside holiday, a group of friends travelling the Great Ocean Road or perhaps someone needing short term accommodation in town for work reasons.
