Enjoy the fabulous restaurants and town of Sandpoint just minutes away. Just across the road is a lazy river where you can sit and fish, or enjoy the sound and beauty of nature's finest.

With three levels, four bedrooms, and ample living spaces, there's room for everyone. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit, covered deck with propane grill, and beach area on the river. Inside, relax by the wood fireplace, play pool or foosball, and soak in the claw foot tub. The cabin also has a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and multiple seating areas for games and socializing.

Located 9 miles from Schweitzer Village and a 5 minute drive to Starbucks, shopping, restaurants, and a 12-minute drive to downtown Sandpoint. Please be aware that train tracks are nearby and the train runs day and night. There will be intermittent train noise.

The fun begins with 132' of lake frontage w/lake trampoline and slide (seasonal only), barrel sauna, and hot tub overlooking the lake, geodesic dome, kids climbing wall, zip line, beachfront fire pit, game room, and so much more.

Clearwater River "Angler" Cabin

River Front Cabin! Kick back and relax on the banks of the Clearwater River! The Angler Cabin is a celebration of the old west with modern and extremely comfortable living space. This 2BR cabin has all the desirable comforts of home including 5 or 6beds (the downstairs BR can be configured as a king bed or 2 twin beds), a full kitchen, and central heat/air! Access to the river is right out the front door. Enjoy a nice fire in the evening or sit on the scenic deck facing the river.

This modern single level cabin will ensure your comfort during a relaxing vacation in the Idaho woods. A cozy wood stove and electric heat in each room keep the cabin toasty and warm during winter nights as you cook in the open kitchen or watch a show on the smart TV. When it's warm out, you can sit out on the deck and take in the forest and filtered views of Lake Cascade. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Ample parking for up to 6 vehicles in the driveway.

Chalet St. David

Come enjoy this classic 1970's ski chalet located 1 and a half minutes from the base of Schweitzer. This home is newly updated. Once you get there you can hop on the shuttle and enjoy the scenic ride up the mountain. It is also 1 minute from the Bonner County fairgrounds. Enjoy hiking, skiing and lake activities in Sandpoint. We welcome families, ski teams, and referees to the Mountainview Chalet. It has a wheelchair accessible bathroom and bedroom.
