The cozy house, newly built in 2021, is located in the middle of a beautiful olive grove. Central location and still ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. Large terrace with private swimming pool and great views of the mountains. WiFi, flat screen TV and air conditioning. The kilometer-long, fine sandy beach (Golden Beach) is within easy walking distance. A hospitable tavern, bakery and supermarket are close by. Happy to provide insider tips on excursions, restaurants, etc.

The house is located near the famous beach of Agia Paraskevi and next to private beach (20m by foot) for unique summer vacations. The private beach is full of sea creatures (fishes etc). Our place is an apartment on the second floor of a house close to the city centre, parks, sightseeings, and a sports area. We live on the third floor so if you need anything, the door is always open. You’ll love the spacious apartment, the views, the location, and the garden. It could be ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. There is a covered outdoor механа (see in pictures) with a kitchenette and a fireplace available at an additional cost.
