A well supplied chef's kitchen, patio with wet bar, dining table, hammock, fire pit, and a gas/charcoal BBQ for outdoor cooking.

This space is a walkout basement of our home & has a keyless entry, 2 bedrooms, each with a 55 inch TV, kitchenette, sitting area with a 65 inch TV, large washer and dryer & a 2 room bathroom. Outside is gas fire pit & Blackstone grill. It is designed for up to 4 persons. Sorry, no smoking or pets.

A hot plate is provided, but no stove. Upstairs features a bedroom with a queen and double bed, plus cots. The ground floor includes a full bathroom, a kitchen with essential appliances, and a pullout sofa bed facing a large flat-screen TV.
