Garden Oasis - Newly Reno’d Home - Steps to River

Charming two-bedroom century home just steps from the Festival and Tom Patterson theatres. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch or evening drinks on the garden patio. Fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and a shared four-piece bathroom upstairs. Up to four guests get both bedrooms. Need a third bed? We can provide a sofa bed in the small bedroom or a Queen in the loft—please let us know in advance. The basement may sometimes be rented separately, but upstairs guests never share with him

The Birmingham House

Hello! Our home is 3 minute walk to downtown. We are close to restaurants, theaters and shops. We focus on comfort and fun with all the necessities for families, couples and solo travelers. The home offers an open living area, fully equipped kitchen, sunroom, four bedrooms and a games room. We also have a hot tub available for our guest. Free parking for up to 3 vehicles and WIFI available. We will do our best to make your stay memorable and comfortable. Please note we do not allow parties.

The Guest House

Included on this farmhouse property is a patio & furniture, picnic table, fire pit, BBQ, and lots of open yard. Guests have full use of the house, including the kitchen, which is fully stocked with glassware, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, and coffee & tea. Beside Exeter Golf Club/The Barn Restaurant. 30 min drive to Grand Bend. 2 min drive to hiking trails, Ironwood Golf Course & Exeter. Local Breweries a short drive any direction. 30 min to London. *$50/extra guest after 4 people

The Brew House

Our place is a 2 minute drive from the "Prettiest Town in Canada", Goderich, Ontario. It is a 1400sq ft, fully furnished, space for people to enjoy. The kitchen, dining area, 2 piece bath, small living room/ fireplace, and full laundry (free) are located on the main level. The second level offers a large living room with seasonal river views and street views. There is an extra table and chairs, ideal for playing games. The two bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on the 2nd level.

You'll first notice the wall of windows that lets the light shine into the kitchen/living room, as much as it's beautiful on sunny days, its extremely cozy during raining/snowy days. The yard is big enough for all sorts of yard games, and a fire pit! Property also comes with trailer electrical and water hook up. A 10 minute walk and you'll be at the main beach in Point Clark.
