The price is very reasonable. The house has nice size bedrooms. The kitchen and living room were a very nice size. I would have liked another bathroom or half bath. But it worked out for us. The house was also closed to a family member's home. Make it very convenient to visit. We were pleased with everything.

Such a great stay with a beautiful, peaceful surrounding. I enjoyed coffee on the back porch watching the birds and enjoying nature multiple times. The house is very easy to find, and the photo instructions make finding the enterance a breeze. The parking area is large enough I could have turned my Corolla around in the driveway if I'd needed to. The drive up to the house is your typical West Virginia back roads, but if you take it slow and pay attention you'll be just fine. Scottie was quick to respond to any questions I had, and made sure I was comfortable and happy with the stay! If I end up back that way I would for sure stay again!

Excellent place to stay to explore Wayne National Forest! Beautiful scenery and quiet. The house had absolutely everything you need for an extended stay. Gina was also an excellent host! We experienced some vehicle issues over the weekend and the only day that we could resolve them was on Monday (our last day there). She was very understanding and accommodating to our situation. I look forward to staying again!

This farmhouse is 10 minutes from a main shopping area of a small town.The roads are easy to drive state routes, the directions clear.There are scenic views of woods, fields and barn lots, with other small houses at a short distance.The house is well laid out for multiple guests.Easy temp controls.There is easy flow between the kitchen and dining room, a wide doorway into the living room.2 bedrooms down with bath, 3 bedrooms up with bath.There are sleeping options in the basement on a queen futon, and on living room couches.Multiple comforters and couch throws.The bath linens are color coded.Lots of towel racks/hooks! The decor is lovely, the furnishings cozy and comfortable.The mattresses are very good. Everything spotless, including the basement recreation room with books, DVDs, WII system/accessories, ping pong. Washer/dryer.Great kitchen, completely equipped cookware, serving items, a small microwave.Outdoors- 2 spaces, both with firepits/seating. Carport, lots of parking.

The place was very clean and quiet. I loved the votive candles in all the rooms when we arrived.

This is an absolutely beautiful home. Everything was clean and fresh, plenty of clean towels, linens, etc. A very comfy place to stay.

The location, around the corner from Ritter Park was perfect. We were staying there to attend the Ruth Sullivan Rally for Autism featuring a 5K walk in the park. The house was as charming and comfortable as it looked. When we reached out for help on one thing, both host and their contact responded immediately, resolving issue in about 5 minutes! Kitchen was lovely and the gas stove was perfect.

This place was absolutely amazing; I can’t even begin the time my family and I had at this house! I came in town from California to celebrate my mother’s 73rd birthday; this house came with everything we could have asked for to make our stay one for the books! The house came with everything we needed and others that we didn’t know we needed from a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art stove, dishes, utensils, cups, coffee, really good snacks, their was even cold beer and a bottle of wine when I arrived and after a long trip; it was much needed! Let’s talk about the backyard; it came with a beautiful waterfall feature; a beautiful fire-pit that you can sit around and a grill that we used a couple nights during our stay along with a patio table that we ate at. The beds were so comfy and relaxing, they had cute lil shampoos/soaps for your use along with a bath towel warmer in the bathroom and as cold as it was in Ohio, it definitely was needed. 5 star stay and will be back!

To say this place is amazing, is an understatement. It was cute, and felt like home immediately. I absolutely loved the vintage touches, and the porch was nothing short of a highlight. Duncan was amazing... responsive, kind, and happy to help! I will absolutely be staying again at some point.

The loft is just as advertised and the pictures show. We had a great stay. the location is close to SSU campus which is what we were looking for. thr loft was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again. The only thing that I would say is make sure you read and know that it is on a second floor and has a chair lift in the narrow entrance. We used the lift as they suggested to bring up our cooler but the chair lift definitely gets in the way of going up and down the stairs but they advertised it and showed pictures. the loft is great!!

The place was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and very comfortable. Geanina's instructions were clear, concise and accurate and she was so very accessible to our inquiries and early check-in request. The furniture was comfortable. The linens and towels were top quality and the kitchen appliances functioned well and dishes were plentiful. It is near a beautiful park and in a pretty and quiet neighborhood. We had no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

I really liked everything about this home I would definitely recommend staying. The apartment was very beautiful and the bed was comfortable. Todd was a great host and very good with communicating with me if anything was wrong or needed I would definitely book again. Thank you for having me and my son. ☺️

The place and the host were both GREAT! The place was very clean and comfortable. I was traveling for work and it was a 2 min walk to/from where I was working. The sound machines and towel/robe warmers were awesome touches. The day of check out, I left a few items with plans to return before the checkout time, but work had an emergency and I wasn't able to leave. CA's on-site cleaning crew had my items bagged up and welcomed me back in to retrieve them. I very highly recommend staying at any CA's properties - you will be comfy, clean and happy!

We’re so glad we found Oscar’s condo. The apartment and furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. Immaculately clean. Great kitchen, appliances, and pans. The views are panoramic and inspiring any time of day. Parking was easy. Short walk to grocery store and restaurants. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at RiverSuite1. The host was proactive in communications, provided clear instructions, and the listing is spot on & accurate. The deck is a great bonus to this stay and our family (and youngsters) really enjoyed spending time on the deck and watching the river, trains, and birds. Highly recommend this location or the others available from the hosts. Thank you!

Had a great time the first time; came back another time!!

Our accommodations were great. The owners could not have been better for their quick response to our questions and coming to our rescue when we locked ourselves out. The location was convenient to downtown, however our only comment about the location was that it was within a block from a shelter for homeless people and we did not feel comfortable walking on that block at night. However, we drove our car to a convenient parking garage downtown instead.
