'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Enjoying sweeping views over Salamander Bay and out to Boondabah Island, this upstairs king bed guest suite is 300m from the beach. This suite is all brand new (2023 construction) and has open plan lounge and dining area, ensuite, walk-in robe and expansive terrace. Centrally located 5 mins drive to Salamander Bay Shopping Centre and 5 mins to Nelson Bay Marina.
