The location was perfect! Great views and an easy walk to the beach, pool, Wyndham hotel and more. Maria was helpful and very responsive. The unit has a few needed repairs, but we would definitely stay there again.

We loved staying in Palmas Del Mar! We felt super safe and comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful amenities. The villa has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was well furnished. We especially appreciated the Nutribullet for morning smoothies. There is plenty of space to spread out and is very comfortable. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer and the air conditioners cool down the entire place. We had a wonderful week!

Lugar perfecto para quedarse, hermosas vistas, serca de restaurantes y lugares para pasarla bien. Lo único que dire que no me gusto es que el cuarto pequeño no tiene aire, solo un abanico y otro que saca el aire del cuarto principal para el pequeño pero no ayuda en nada, es muy caluroso. Las toallas las usas una vez y huelen a que ya se an usado mucho, recomiendo lleven las propias . De lo demas diria que perfecto.

Douglas was very helpful and responsive. The location is great and everyhting was very clean. The airbnb has all you need for cooking, beach chairs, and a bike! The view was amazing, and really liked the morning walks at the beach. I will reccomend others to stay.

Francisco was a fantastic host! Incredibly responsive and attentive. We couldn’t check in until midnight of our first night and everything went smoothly. Instructions were easy to follow and everything went as expected. Would stay at this exact property again for sure!

I highly recommend this place. We were a family of four and we were all very comfortable. That place comes with all the amenities you see in the picture and more, the beds were very comfortable as well . The ocean view and sound steps from the place was amazing! We as the privacy and quiet ambient .

El apt es hermoso! Fue nuestra primera vez despidiendo el año allí y la pasamos excelente. El lugar es muy acogedor, es cómodo, está en excelentes condiciones, se respira mucha paz y tranquilidad. El anfitrión muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para nosotros. Sin duda alguna volveremos!

Tuvimos un problema con nuestra otra reservación y este apartamento lo conseguimos de último momento pero fue aún mejor, pudimos descansar y disfrutar mucho.

We had a great family vacation at Rita’s place. It was the perfect size for my wife & I, and our 2 young children (2 & 4). There are 2 adult/big kid pools, and another children’s pool right outside the door, in addition to the beautiful ocean view right outside the door as well. The condo is located inside a much larger golf community called Palmas del Mar which is a large upscale golf community.

Even before making the reservation I was able to communicate with Vivian and she responded quickly. During the stay, something happened that we needed to contact her and she responded immediately and helped us solve. Definitely she delights the client and goes above and beyond to surpass expectations!!! A+++ About the place… it was amazing! As described and everything in place. Right across the beach. Walking trails, Golf, Pickleball, restaurants… Everything!!! We had an awesome week and look fwd on coming back. Thanks!

This was in a great place. My only regret is that we didn't stay here a few more days. it was clean, roomy the beach is literally less than a 2 minute walk. Our host was exceptional.

We were traveling with a friend and between us there were 3 adults and 6 little girls. The two rooms with two bunk beds in each worked out great with the kids, in addition to the king bed master suite. The kids made full use of the pool and playground, and I enjoyed relaxing upstairs on the patio; grocery shopping at the nearby Amigo grocery store was very convenient. Lots of nice beaches nearby and El Yunque isn’t too far either. We also drove to Old San Juan one day and Hacienda Muñoz (gorgeous coffee farm with cafes and restaurant) on this trip. Vincent and his staff communicated very well and responded to questions and requests in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend for families with kids. A great find if you’re staying on this side of the island!

The place was great! It was exactly as shown in pictures. It was accommodating. It had everything needed. The host was responsive & attentive. We would def stay again!

This was the third time my wife and I stayed at Blanca’s Surfside villa. We brought our little dog again and she loves it as much as we do. The view is breathtaking, Blanca is such an attentive and gracious host. She makes you feel right at home. She provides everything you can possibly think of and more. It truly is a home away from home experience. We will definitely be staying again. Leaving is the hardest part.

This lovely large studio was a perfect spot for a woman traveling alone to WFH and enjoy resort living. It is a safe, beautifully decorated, and extremely well thought out space with plenty of storage, a large bathroom, washer-dryer, small kitchen with a good-size refrigerator, spacious sleeping area, great lighting, comfortable sitting area with a real desk and high-speed wifi, small indoor dining area and small patio with a little table and barbeque very close to the pool. The owner is super-nice, easy to get along with, and communicates quickly by text when a question arises. Worth the money if you have it because much nicer than the much less expensive studios in the same neighborhood. The Palmas Doradas neighborhood is perfectly located close to the beach on the third green and next to the hotel: it's my favorite area in Palmas del Mar.

Beautiful place! We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was comfortable and clean. But the best is the host, very responsive to all requests. This is our second time here and will come back again.

The experience was amazing. The hosts were truly SUPER. Fast and friendly responses every step of the way. It felt like they were right there with us to help us in anything we needed. The villa was spotless, no trace of dust or mold smell like other rentals. I fell in love with the attention to detail: extra locks in the entrance, electronic hurricane shutters, and even solar “lanterns” in case of power outage. As a bonus, the villa is located just a few steps from the tennis club restaurant. Thank you for the memories!

Perfect location and views. Near to beach, pool, and golf camp. Great place to rest and have a peacefully time. My family will definitely return to this lovely place.

Better than pictures! We got everything we needed. Beds are comfy and everything was perfectly clean. There’s a mini market and a few restaurants just downstairs. I recommend this place.
