The Roost

1930's Limestone chicken house converted to a cabin. 1/4 mile off a paved highway. Interior space is 46 feet x 11 feet, with sloping ceiling. Tiled shower with built in seat.(No tub.) Fully appointed kitchen. Beautiful views of the Smoky Hills. Several acres of native grassland with running stream to explore. Deer, turkey, bird watching, and other wildlife. If you are going walking, wear appropriate footwear. See the stars without city lights and enjoy the unbelievable quiet.

The Cabin

The Cabin is located in the small, rural town of Brewster, just off Interstate 70 between Colby and Goodland. It is furnished with a double bed and futon on the lower level and a twin bed in the loft. The loft is accessible via a pull-down ladder. A mini-fridge, Keurig, and microwave available. No wifi or TV, a playground nearby, three blocks from a small grocery store that serves meals, but the days and times vary with the seasons.

Grandma's House

Grandma's House. Entire house is available; Three bedroom house; 4 Queen size beds. Fully functional kitchen, BBQ grill available as well. House located in the heart of Pheasant Hunting Country! We do allow dogs, but ask they not stay in bedrooms. TV, DVD, WIFI, Roku available.
