Debdut is an awesome host and has gone above and beyond just being a host. The location is quaint and peaceful - and we were able to enjoy clear views of the Ganges right from our bedroom. He also maintains excellent staff to ensure a hassle-free and relaxed stay for his guests. Big thanks to him on doing a fabulous job with this accommodation!

This place was such an amazing place to stay. I felt like home. It was very clean and tidy. Checkin was very smooth and without any hastlse. There is even a restaurant downstairs where you can order food to your room. I would certainly highly recommend this place.

Mr.Rintu is a great host . We stayed here with no major problem. Complex was very quiet and room was cozy. The availability of local market at walkable distance was the best thing here. Whenever we faced any difficulties , Mr. Rintu had helped as through all possible ways . Thank you sir.

Anindita's place is where I stay when I visit Kolkata from abroad and many reasons abound for staying here for last 7 years or so. Very responsive host, great caretaker, cozy place hidden from the noises of the main street, walkable to many and good food places. This trip was a bit longer due to wedding season, and we needed the ample space to get the girls ready. Visited here nearly a year ago and small changes were made which always adds to the ambiance of the place. Highly recommended

Great host, great stay. clean and chic with all facilities including smart tv with all OTT subscription, refrigerator, water geyser etc. The place also has a cleaner who comes everyday to clean the flat and change the linen etc. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the ground floor, so any food is just a call away. will surely recommend to all fellow traveller's looking for a place at an affordable rate.

My stay at Urbana Rental Apartment was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations. Very pleasant stay. I found the space to be cheerful and welcoming, with a nice view from the kitchen window and a large terrace. The list of amenities is impressive (I especially appreciated the washing machine). Things aren't brand new, but they work. And lots of smaller household items are included as well. The location is great, right by the Phoolbagan metro station and good restaurants (my favorite was Falam). I found the neighborhood relaxed. It's mostly quiet at night (now and then dogs bark, but it never woke me up). As in many places in the city, mosquitoes can be an issue, so I used a mosquito net (which I'm told will be washed and ready to go), and that worked great. Anand and family were very responsive and helpful, showing me how to use a few things and promptly taking care of anything that came up. All in all, a comfortable space with lots of amenities in a great location.

Everything was good. Only AC needs to be cleaned, as it was not cooling well. Maid Rupa was very good human being. She was very helpful and supportive. Location was easy to find. Lots of restaurants available nearby. Overall had a very nice experience. Would definitely recommend others to stay.

Great value for money stay , location was fantastic, room was spacious a living room area flanked by the 2 rooms on each side , place was clean.

We liked staying at their plays. The host was really cooperative and helpful, has attended everytime we called her regarding any assistance. The stay is hardly 12-15 mins drive from airport. Recommended place for sure, walkable distance food stalls and a serene temple is nearby as well.

Very spacious and comfortable place. Mr. Ashok was very helpful and the caretaker uncle was very friendly as well. There are many windows and it was a very heartwarming experience.
