Just 10min to Boone, 12min to Blowing Rock and the Blue Ridge Parkway. For skiing enthusiasts you are; 15min to App Ski Area 30min to Sugar Mountain 45min to Beech Mountain

The convenient location is a big plus, the trade-off is you can hear traffic from the 105 bypass. Ear plugs and noise machines provided. There's parking options for different types of vehicles available.

The cabin sits right beside a creek and has a lovely private outdoor stone patio attached. The patio has a fire pit, a gas grill and a great view of the serene creek and woods. This setting is like a little hidden natural preserve tucked away - one of the few "old home-places" that still exists in Downtown Boone.
