Seafront + Private Garden + Free Parking

Large and stylish central Hove apartment with private garden, situated on the raised ground floor of a beautiful Victorian seafront building with direct sea views and views over Hove Lawns. The apartment has just been decorated and is filled with antique mirrors, chandeliers, new pale sofas, a king size bed, a double bed and fluffy towels. The shower room is new, with Fired Earth marble tiles and a huge shower head. Perfectly located, the shops and restaurants are a couple of minutes away.

Free parking on drive. Renovated self contained private studio annex attached to a large detached house. Private independent entrance at side of property. Room set with two single beds and is best suited for two guests. But can be adapted for a third guest with the addition of a single Yawn bed however the living space will become extremely limited. Separate kitchenette with electric hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster etc and washing machine. Good storage and place for luggage.m

Our Bright and homely, first floor, 1 bedroom apartment in Seven Dials. Just six minutes walk from Brighton train station! Ideal for commuters or couples on staycation. The city’s most loved pubs, cafes and shops are on your doorstep and Brighton's famous Laines are minutes walk away. The seafront is also just a 15 minute walk and the town centre 10 minute walk. Shower room, open plan living and kitchen space, king size bedroom. Wifi and smart TVs in both lounge and bedroom with Netflix.

This ideally situated one bedroom apartment is in the centre of Brighton and the perfect base for your trip. Internally the flat is spacious, immaculate in presentation, modern in style, yet still holds its Regency charm. Being of a southerly aspect, natural light is plentiful and floods the living room. The views really need to be experienced first-hand to fully appreciate. Please note that the balcony furniture is in storage over the winter months.
