Further up in the mountain of Kronenzicht in a quiet cul-de-saq you can unsettle while having a dip in your private and heated hot tub, relax under the rain shower with stunning views on the back of table mountain and little lionshead or start your sunset walk on the beautiful sand dunes next to our property, even all the way down to Sandy Bay.

A light, bright and tastefully decorated beach apartment with spectacular views of Chapman's Peak Drive, the bay, the harbour and the Sentinel mountain. Set back from the beach you can hear the crash of waves, enjoy early morning walks, watch the boats and enjoy an end of day sundowner or bbq from the balcony. A 2 minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, trails for hiking and running on your doorstep and on the MyCiti bus route. You can't get a better location than this in Hout Bay.

Brand new 3 Bedroom House with open plan living. The House has a pool and outdoor deck with a garden. The house have beautiful views of the valley and mountains in Hout Bay. Located in a neighbourhood in Hout Bay close to restaurants and shops. Cape Town is a 30 min drive and Chapmans peak and constant wine farms on your doorstep. There is 3 bedrooms one onsite with a king size bed and 2 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed and a king size bed. We now have back up power during load shedding.
