Gaze Across the Atlantic from a Glass-Walled Haven

Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms

Unbelievable Sea Views from balcony in Simonstown!

Views, Views, Views is what this beautiful, comfortable apartment offers. Uninterrupted sunrise views are out of this world! Up on a hill, fully equipped, light & bright. The balcony is enclosed with a glass sliding door, so you can sit and enjoy the view irrespective of the weather. Close enough to beaches, restaurants, shops, harbor, penguins, hikes, tidal pools, Cape Point, Kalk bay, Muizenberg & much more. (Not suitable for loud parties, we are in a complex & must consider our neighbors)

A light, bright and tastefully decorated beach apartment with spectacular views of Chapman's Peak Drive, the bay, the harbour and the Sentinel mountain. Set back from the beach you can hear the crash of waves, enjoy early morning walks, watch the boats and enjoy an end of day sundowner or bbq from the balcony. This lovely apartment is situated in 24 hours secured complex named The Breakers. Within 5 minutes walk you are on the beach or in a restaurant or in the main shopping mall. Open plan living and dining room and well equipped kitchen. Sliding door opens up to terrace with sea and mountains views.
