The gourmet kitchen's rustic charm features a zinc island, butcher block counter and natural stone wall. Entertain guests at the artisan crafted pine table while dining next to the antique fireplace. Relax with a hot tub soak, then cap the evening sharing stories under an inky sky gathered round the fire pit with a soothing hot toddy or mug of creamy cocoa.

Cute and quaint ranch house located in Houserville, PA... about 2 miles from Downtown State College and 2 miles from the University/Beaver Stadium/Bryce Jordan Center. Easy access to PSU via back roads. Plenty of space, 3 BDRM/1 BATH, large deck, 80" TV and large kitchen. Off street parking for up to 3 vehicles. No Pets NOTE: This is a new AirBnB and we are getting it up to speed. It is very simple but clean. We appreciate feedback on your stay and any amenities that may be required.

The Lion's Den

This AirBnB space was run under a super host of 4 years but is now under new management. This AirBnB is located in a quiet neighborhood located walking distance (<2 mi) from the Bryce Jordan Center, Beaver Stadium, and Campus. The space is the basement, which has separate access from the house. Guests may park in the designated area in our private driveway. The gym is equipped with yoga equipment, a bench, and a rowing machine. Complimentary tea and snacks. Full fridge and freezer.

Revisit your best Penn State memories in this clean & comfortable pet friendly modern 3 bed/2 bath duplex!  5 min ride to downtown State College and Beaver Stadium.   All new bedding/mattresses, (3 queen) but we also have 2 sofa beds in the loft available & air mattress. About us: Seasoned locals! we live in the other half of this duplex and are available as little or as often as needed ;) Fur babies welcome (under 25lbs..but all must be approved)

This is a wonderful, safe, quiet neighborhood that is close to stores, restaurants, parks, and much more!
