Unit 10 is a beautifully decorated condo on Lake Hamilton's lake front. Parking level condo, just steps to lakeside. BOAT SLIP AVALIABLE. Great view, lovely cove for swimming and fishing. King size bed in bedroom and two comfy twin air beds, great for children. Two full baths allow this condo to sleep 2 couples very comfortably. High Speed Internet and Smart TV in living room and bedroom for all your streaming needs. Bubba's Brew within walking distance for great sandwiches and entertainment.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

Fall/Winter Update: Water levels are lowered 3-5ft on Lake Hamilton starting Nov 1 and refills Mar 1 to allow for seawall and dock repairs. No boat slip or ramp access but beautiful sunrise and sunsets are still available while relaxing on the back porch with your favorite beverage. Take a stroll along the lake front property of the complex on the boardwalk or walk in our quiet residential neighborhood to enjoy fresh and peaceful surroundings.

Our 1 bedroom/2 bath condo sits right on beautiful Lake Hamilton. Walk out the back door and be on the dock in just seconds. Perfect for fishing/swimming/kayaking, you can even bring your boat!
