Unique hotel apartment downtown Aarhus

Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

I vores dejlige store kælderlejlighed på ca. 90m2, får du bare lidt ekstra for pengene. Her er et stort luksuriøst badeværelse med wellnessbruser. Jeg har redt sengene og håndklæderne ligger klar. I køkkenet er der opvaskemaskine, ovn og køle/fryseskab, kaffemaskine samt el-kedel. Soveværelse, entré, stor stue samt værelse med to senge. Lejligheden har marmorgulve og gulvvarme og er beliggende i husets kælder. Der er kun 100 meter til Rema, 500 m til centrum af Ikast og 10 min i bil til Herning.

Træhus med panoramaudsigt

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig med udsigt over Vejle Fjord, mark og skov. Huset rummer en stue med køkken, spiseplads og sofaområde, toilet med bruser samt overetage med soveværelse. Der er to elevationssenge (dobbeltseng) samt en enkeltsående seng. Vær opmærksom på at trappen til 1.sal er lidt stejl, og der er ikke så god plads rundt om dobbeltsengen. Udenfor er der to terasser, begge med udsigt. Der er brændeovn med frit tilgængeligt brænde. Både sengetøj og håndklæder er inkluderet.

Cityhouse in the centre of Horsens

Centralt i Horsens finder du Vaflen – et nænsomt renoveret hus med masser af hygge og charme. Her får du et rummeligt køkken, god atmosfære og en rolig base tæt på alt. Der er to enkeltsenge i hovedsoveværelset, og mulighed for ekstra sovepladser i stuen (sovesofa, gæsteseng eller gulvmadras). I det hyggelige “sommersoveværelse” er der to enkeltsenge (uden varme). Soveværelserne ligger i forlængelse af hinanden (gennemgang). Sengetøj og håndklæder er inkluderet. Morgenmad ikke inkludere

Dejligt anneks med mange muligheder

Bolig på ca. 22m2 med hems, eget badeværelse med brus, eget køkken med køleskab og induktionsplader. Annekset er placeret som en vinkel på carport/ redskabsrum og ligger i haven. Der er 4 sovepladser, to på hemsen og to på sovesofaen. Dyner/puder/ sengetøj/ håndklæder/ viskestykker er til frit brug. Der er mulighed for lån af vaskemaskine/ tørretumbler ligesom glashuset er til fri afbenyttelse dog sammen med værtsparret. Boligen ligger ca 2 km fra fjord og skov samt 8 km fra Juelsminde.

The beach cabin named Broholm

Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

Strandhytte, unik beliggenhed

Unik og charmerende strandhytte i vandkanten med udsigt over Gamborg Fjord, Fønsskov og Lillebælt. Ugenert beliggenhed på sydvendt skrænt med stor lukket træterrasse, egen strand og bro. Mulighed for lystfiskeri, badning og vandreture i naturen. Placeret 5 km fra Middelfart og den fynske motorvej. Strandhytten er nyrenoveret i 2022 med en enkel og funktionel indretning. Stilen er lys og maritim, og selv om hytten er lille, er der fin plads til 2 personer og evt. også en lille hund.
