Come stay at this 2 BR condo in the highly coveted Savannah Shores complex located in the Arcadian Shores area near tons of shopping, restaurants and entertainment and a short golf cart ride (small fee) from the beach. The complex has first-class amenities including a pool, grilling area, tennis and volleyball courts, and even a putting green!!! PLEASE NOTE MONTHLY RATES WINTER ONLY. This condo was recently remodeled. Modern beach colors with comfortable furniture, new kitchen, and room for 4 people. Out front is a private courtyard where the pool is close at hand or rear to a private balcony. But wait, you're looking for a beach experience. Surfside Pier and sand are a 700 ft. walk. Local restaurants, public tennis courts, library, and farmers market are a short walk. Shopping and shows are only a 10-15 minute car ride.
