You'll find a unique bar, wine & game room at the basement..Besides indoor conveniences, there is an outdoor kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a veranda off the garage, bbq area in the backyard. Everything in the home is crafted by the owners with care & with the comfort of guests in mind.

Cozy, peaceful cabin in Gyumri

Our private cabin "Michaela" is a green, peaceful space nestled on the campus of Emili Aregak, a center for children with special needs. Michaela is wifi-equipped, peaceful and perfect for remote working or a weekend getaway. All rental proceeds go to support Emili Aregak therapy programs! Michaela is surrounded by fruit trees, has a small patio with a barbeque grill and a walking path with a mountain view. You can access the kitchen and laundry in the building next door.

This spacious 90 sqm home blends preserved wooden floors, historic doors, thick black-tuff stone walls, and impressive 4-meter ceilings with a calm, modern interior. Large sunlit windows fill the space with warmth and character throughout the day. Just a short walk from Vardanants Square, cafés, museums, and the cultural heart of the city.

Elite Villa with Superpool, 30 min from yerevan

Luxury villa near Aragats mountain, 30 minutes from yerevan. Heated pool, sauna and 5 bedrooms. Up to 15 guests with night stay, and up to 50 guests for day-time use. You can book the villa and share the pool area with the guests of our nearby cottages. In this case you will have a shared access to pool. Or you can book also the pool area. In this case the entire pool will only be yours, and you will be charged +80.000 AMD per day.
