Gum Tree Studio - The perfect country retreat!

With amazing views and the Taste Tasman cycle trail at the end of the road this is the perfect retreat to get away from it all. We're lucky to be surrounded by farmland, countryside, mountains, sea, National Parks, fresh air and birdsong. Just a short 10 minute drive from the popular village of Mapua and 10 minutes from Motueka this artistic, modern, roomy and stylish studio is a perfect getaway. The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

New self-contained studio on owners' property. Great size for 1-2 adults. Situated on a main road so unfortunately not suitable for children. Public transport is infrequent, so a car is advisable. Super fast broadband, TV with Netflix etc. Views of Richmond hills. Bed linen and towels provided. No surcharge for cleaning. Well equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. Small private patio. Great location in Hope, 3 minutes from Richmond by car, 25 minutes to Motueka, 20-25 minutes to Nelson

In the seaside village of Mapua, Central to Abel Tasman National Park, wineries, galleries, on the cycle trail, a 3 minute walk to Mapua Wharf cafes, galleries The Studio, Contemporary but homely, beautifully furnished, High Quality, created with love. Cosy bed, organic 100% cotton sheets. Superb tiled shower, well equipped kitchen, deck in private enclosed garden. Welcome to a light-filled garden apartment in a charming 1885 villa, with high ceilings, timber floors, and beautiful natural light. The apartment sleeps two and includes an en-suite bathroom. A fold-out chair bed with linen is available for a third guest if needed. Enjoy your private garden with lounge chairs, a BBQ, and seasonal grapes and feijoas — a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the city centre. The airport e-bus stops right outside, making arrivals and departures easy.

Compact stand alone semi rural country cottage amongst the fruit trees, Wi fi available ,situated 1km from Brightwater & only 15 minutes to Richmond. Close proximity to cycle trails. Suitable for 2 guests with queen size bed, separate kitchen set up for light cooking and bathroom facilities. Own washing machine . Self check in with lockbox. Owners live on property There is a wooden deck with outdoor furniture & bbque. $15 fee will be incurred should an EV be charged at our cottage .

Karaka is a 2 bedroom cottage with decks and a verandah with wonderful views of the Waimea Inlet and mountains beyond. The outdoor bath, hammock, weber barbecue, brazier and outdoor furniture set in a beautiful natural landscape are perfect for a relaxing holiday. The sunroom/second bedroom is an extension of the living area. It converts to the second bedroom with 2 divans that can be made up as either a king size bed or 2 single beds. Children 12+
