Our stay was amazing. It was really comfortable and cozy. We recommend staying here 10 out of 10. The hosts were amazing and made sure we had everything we need. We definitely would love to stay here near the future.

This house was a wonderful place to spend a ski vacation at Alyeska. The kitchen was very well furnished and thoughtful things like a bluetooth speaker, dual washer/dryer, and boot dryer were included. The house is also the perfect location for apres ski to enjoy the high end hot tub and barrel sauna. The ski resort is any easy 4 minute drive with plenty of parking. A fun twist on skiing, the resort does not open until 10am, so we enjoyed many relaxing mornings with several pots of coffee before heading out. The Girdwood famous Double Musky Inn restaurant(great for steaks and deserts) is an easy 10 minute walk. There is a recreation path on the mtn road, so you could even bike to the resort if you wanted to. Be sure to stock up on groceries in Anchorage before heading to Girdwood as the town is small and does not have a full sized grocery.

We had a 1-month stay at Jeff's place. This place is right by the city trail system and is walkable to downtown (~1.2 miles). There is also a bus stop right outside the house. A couple of us ended up working here for a bit. There was one desk for use and the internet there was good for work. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/utensils and there were plenty of towels and linens for use. Jeff was very responsive throughout our stay. We were not able to get the mail ourselves, but Jeff or his wife was happy to grab it for us when it came. I did have my parents here as well and they enjoyed the place. It was spacious with 3 floors and we were able to spread out. The bedrooms were nice, beds were comfortable. I did spend some nights in the basement, and it can get noisy when folks use the bathroom. Overall we did like this place and would stay here again if we come back to ANC.

Mark and Kristen’s Bnb was perfect for our few nights in Anchorage. It was cozy, clean, quiet, and spacious! We loved it! And will definitely rent again if we need a place in Anchorage.

This was my first time at John’s place and it was great! It was as expected from pics and description, including the wildlife. The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. John was responsive and friendly without being intrusive. Willing to help if I needed anything. I slept on the king bed and found it very comfy. I traveled with two of my dogs and John was very accommodating by providing covers for furniture, toys, bowls, and even a leash if you forget. I would totally stay here again and plan to!

We stayed at Nelia’s home during our first trip to Anchorage and it was perfect! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics for our stay. The little touches she provided - postcards and stamps, mints and chocolates, sparkling cider in the fridge and snacks made us feel very welcome. We had an issue with the washing machine and she was very responsive and had it fixed right away. It’s a no-shoes home and she provides comfortable slippers. Wish it was warmer weather so we could enjoy the backyard but the front windows provided great views of the mountains. It’s in a quiet residential court off a major street, minutes from the grocery store and restaurants. Nelia provided us with local recommendations and had tons of brochures and tourism info which helped us add to our trip! She was a very welcoming host and we felt comfortable during our stay.

We were visiting family and this house was very close to our family's house which made it the ideal spot for us. House was great and we did not have any issues.

So appreciated the comfy space with so many extra amenities! It was very comfortable and the location was perfect—centrally located for our needs. Daniel’s quick responses and helpful instructions were great. Will definitely book again!

My 2 daughters and I had a great time. The place is wonderful, great shower great kitchen. Tv in living room and primary bedroom. Yama was a super host and answered all our questions. The neighborhood is authentic and not flashy like down town. Would definitely rebook. Minutes from airport and easy to get out of town. There are tons of trails near by, bring hiking shoes and running shoes and binoculars!!! I could stare at the mountains forever.

Rubys place was easy to find and very comfortable and we felt right at home. Would absolutely recommend 10/10.

I felt right at home. The space was warm and welcoming. Offers many amenities for those would be explorers. I was there on a work trip. I had everything I needed and more. Kesh was quick to respond when something unexpected came up. Definitely went above and beyond. I would stay here again!

Great central spot to call home while you explore the surrounding area. Super clean, extremely comfy bed, all the comforts of home. Jonathan even had a small basket of snacks and coffee, which was a life saver since I landed late and didnt get to the store. Super detailed instructions and easy to get find. Kitchen has everything you need including a coffee maker, coffee and basic cooking needs like salt/pepper & olive oil. I even got to meet Jonathan, who was super friendly and nice. I didnt use the patio area but it was very inviting and lite up nice with yard lights at night. I would recommend this place if you need a homebase in Anchorage!

Andrew’s place was fantastic for a week of skiing Alyeska and the surrounding area on Turnagain Pass. The house was clean, instructions were clear on check in and check out, and Andrew was communicative through our stay.

Steve's place was exactly what was needed. Our accommodation we booked in May canceled at the last minute and Steve's place was a perfect fit. He was responsive, the house was nice and the location was great! Would definitely book again.

Staying here was a wonderful experience! A perfect little escape in Hope, so remote, and all the amenities -- including the most amazing breakfast! The beds were so comfy, the cabins were warm, and we had the perfect space to prep for our next days bikepacking adventure. Having a hot breakfast ready and accessible was a great start to the day! I would definitely stay again/recommend to anyone hoping to experience a peaceful and beautiful remote Alaska experience!

The cabin was beautifully designed, very clean, nice and cozy. Great location, I would stay there again. Jovana was very responsive in answering our questions. Great host.

Mackenzie's cabin was mostly exactly as described. The only exception was the third bed. While she described ladder access to all beds which is accurate the third bed is located in a small nook above a storage area. In order to be comfortable in this bed one must not have any trace of claustrophobia. Otherwise the cabin was beautifully decorated and clean. The hot tub did seem like it needed a water change or chemical adjustment, there was an excessive foam layer when the jets turned on, in addition to debris from the trees and foliage around on the bottom of the hot tub. The hot tub cover was pretty water logged making it heavier to remove and place back on.

The place is a small distance off the road accessible via a gravel/dirt road. It's easy to find and a very quiet location. There is a neighbor close by, but they're quiet and respectful just in case that's a concern for anyone. Wifi was fast, kitchen was clean, there was a washer and dryer, the hot tub worked, and the place fit 10 adults perfectly. I used the keurig machine everyday. Russ was responsive in addressing concerns. I would stay here again if I were to come back to Alaska. Thanks for hosting us!

Ryan's place was exactly as advertised. It was comfortable, clean, and private. The host made check-in and check-out extremely convenient and easy. The location was close to the airport and close to downtown, within a five-minute drive of each. Yes, the heater makes a periodic booming sound, but it didn't bother me. I would stay here again. place was walkable to restaurants, bus stop close by, if you have a vehicle it was easy to find, very comfortable, responsive host, pet friendly, i will stay there again

Absolutely beautiful place with amazing views! Very comfortable beds with sounds machines in each room. Erica was super responsive and very accommodating. We LOVED this place and would recommend it to anyone!!
