The Tree House

A sweet one bedroom, one bath cottage with stunning view of the turquoise sea. All the comforts of home ...... with a private beach!Separate living area has satellite TV, books, cards, fully equipped kitchen, plus a lovely balcony with beautiful view for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. We have kayaks and a paddle board for your use from our private beach. Snorkeling just off shore. Hammock and a tree swing. We provide beach towels, a cooler and beach chairs. You just add the beer!

The neighborhood is quiet, safe and great for morning runs and evening walks. only a short 6 minute drive to the airport. and a 2 minute walk to the nearest food store. Our home on Exuma, Once Upon a Tide, is located on Hooper's Bay, a quiet and spectacularly beautiful beach. It sits on a hill overlooking the beach and palm trees with a walkway leading to the beach. Our beach home has a fully outfitted kitchen, sunroom, living/dining area with a full size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. Relax on the beach, float in the water, swim with the turtles, play badminton or volleyball, or kayak at our home.
