Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country with all the conveniences of the city just 10 minutes away! This beautiful home is located on a full acre in a quiet country subdivision. Includes shared use of the playground, fire pit, grill, patio, and even a few chickens! Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

The host lives in the basement apartment with a separate entrance that is separated by a bolt-locked door. There are no shared spaces aside from the driveway.

This new basement apartment is close to ski resorts (25 minutes to Snow Basin). It's 4 miles from Lagoon. Adjacent to Davis Tech Disc Golf Course. The course is free to use, and discs are included if you want to play during your stay. You'll have a private entrance. The covered patio with grill and fire pit is for your private use.

We are 20 min from Snowbasin Resort and 20 min from SLC airport. Enjoy our sand volleyball, basketball, pickleball theater room & hot tub! We allow small weddings/events for an additional $1800 fee. This gives access to our 2600 sq ft event building with a built-in sound and light system. We also provide tables and chairs for 100 ppl.
