This home sleeps 8 and may allow up to 10 with additional fee. Spacious layout is perfect for 2 families or multi-generational gatherings. Large private yard with badminton, croquet, and tetherball. Plenty of room for kids to play safely! Enjoy streaming your favorite movies on the 100" projector screen!

Calm Home next to Trailhead and Cal Poly

Our place is only 1-min walk from Arcata Community Forest. From here you only need a 2-min drive to get to Cal Poly Humboldt University. Close to Arcata city center, where you can explore the Farmer's Market at the plaza on Saturdays. (*Please include your pets in the booking* ) We allow up to 2 pets per stay, with a pet fee. No pets are allowed on furniture or left unattended. Violations can result in a fine. The total price includes a 10% short-term rental tax that's required by the city.

Spacious living room and outdoor seating overlooking the large yard, orchard, and barn. 1 car garage with laundry.
