Steps to the Sandy River, our home is at the end of a cul-de-sac backed by Mt Hood National Forest. Sip your coffee on the deck and listen to incredible birdsong. Set off in all directions - hiking trails, multiple river access points. Grill on the deck or cook in the well-stocked kitchen. Enjoy the hot tub, which faces a seasonal pond. Cozy up by the wood stove and listen to LPs on the turntable. Fall asleep to the sound of the river. 1pm check-in & 12pm check out - this is a low stress zone!

Blackbird Cottage on Carson Creek - Entire Suite

Beautiful inside and out, Blackbird Cottage is located on 9 wooded acres. You'll have the entire second floor which includes a separate entrance, kitchen, dining area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, washer/dryer, and deck with picnic table and grill. There are 3 queen beds and a twin bed, sleeping 7, plus a twin air mattresses if you want to get cozy. Explore the garden with goldfish & koi ponds, 1100' of creek, 2 waterfalls, & picnic area. Owner lives downstairs. No animals allowed (allergies).

The Bear's Den, studio with kitchen and pond/creek

Our wonderful guest house is a cozy studio with a queen bed, kitchen, sofa, and dining table in one large room. There is a bathroom with shower. This is a second floor apartment over the detached garage, we live in the main house next door. The property is very secluded well off the road with no other houses nearby and borders the National Forest. Enjoy the spring fed pond in the front yard, a hike along the Sandy river, or a 15 min drive to ski resorts.
