Beautiful departament on the 38th floor, overlooking the ocean on Ocean Drive. Marvelous views of the ocean, the Byscaine Canal, and the city. Shopping centers, Costco, Walmart, Banks, restaurants are within a 2-mile radius. High-security, access cards, digital ID, and 24-hour CCTV. 9th Floor: Fully equipped gym and spa, yacuzzi, swimming pools.
