Closed for January & February.) The house is cozy and the vibes are immaculate. The yard boasts of hammocks, a kayak launch, a fire pit, native plants, and great bird watching. Scottsboro is less than 10 minutes away. Shop at Publix, enjoy KC's BBQ on the water, thrift stores, and unclaimed baggage!

This spacious home is perfect for fisherman and vacationers alike. The house has all the amenities to stay in and cook for 15 people, or use the traeger grill for outside entertaining. Fishing or swimming from the dock, is just a short walk out the back door. Also you can dock your boat in the covered boat house.

Close to the beautiful Tennessee river ,some of the boat ramp are 3-4 miles away, Walmart restaurants and high school walking trails less than a mile, highway 72 is about 1/4 mile and hwy 35 is about 1 -1/2 miles from the house. Free EV charger in premises, plenty parking even if you have a fishing boat . ! Absolutely no smoking in the house if you have to smoke you can do it outside.!
