You can walk down to the Lake in ~5 min and will have easy access to endless activities among which: - Ashland Beach on Little Squam (7-min drive) - Boat ramp and marina to rent a boat (~3-min) - All the Whites have to offer (~25min)

Keep it simple at this peaceful, centrally-located mountaintop apartment. This studio efficiency is a separate space from main house, surrounded by 25 acres. Leaf peep from private deck, do yoga on spacious wood floors. Gas fireplace adds warmth and cozy feel. Approx. 2 miles from Holderness Private school, 3 miles from downtown Plymouth, 5 minutes to White mountains & Squam lake, 20-25 minutes to Loon and Waterville ski areas. Perfect for Holderness school or PSU parents to attend events.

Squam Lake, large family friendly house, 40'x50' deck with great 20'x20' screened-in section, hot tub (seasonal), lots of hiking trails local, great Foliage, Many Lakes Region attractions close. Foosball, corn hole, movie room, games, etc. Mini splits for AC and heat in all bedrooms and common area. Short walk down the road to a shared separate 40' Beach with swim docks and kayaks (5 min walk). Close to many ski mountains and other winter activities. Loon, Waterville, Gunstock, etc.

Waterfront 3 bed 3 bath on Squam (Suite #1)

Make memories at this newly renovated, pet friendly, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom suite at The Boulders at Squam. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, private screened porches and private bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a full sized bed with a twin trundle bed. This suite was part of a motel and cabin community. In 2024 the motel rooms were gutted and 3 were combined to make a larger suite. This suite shares the 2.3 acre and 585 feet of water frontage with other cabins and suites.

Squam Ice House - Lake Front AirBNB

This Airbnb in Holderness NH has unobstructed views of Little Squam, and access to a private beach right across the street with picnic tables and swim raft. It’s perfect for your next vacation offering endless opportunities for relaxation, adventure or ice cream. Once a horse barn, this 1500 sq ft has been fully restored in 2021. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and the Ice House Creamery is attached to the Airbnb where we make our own homemade ice cream.

Grapevine Cabin

Beautiful space to relax inside the cabin or outside in the hot tub or by the fire pit after a day of exploring the mountains. Enjoy your stay with everything you need for a getaway in NH. Cabin is fully equipped to cook inside and out. Just so people are aware we are fairly new to hosting and our cabin was ready for guests in the middle of winter. Currently working on a fence for privacy.

Hebron Historic Farmhouse

The farmhouse was built between 1795 and 1800 by the ancestors of the owner. We renovated it in 2017 and added 600 square feet to the original structure. The space combines the charm of the old with the convenience of the new. We know you will love this relaxing, quiet country setting with views over a lovely meadow to the south, and Mount Crosby to the north.
