Hegranes guesthouse on a farm

We would like to welcome you to come and stay in our lovely guesthouse at our farm in the heart of Skagafjordur. Here you can relax and enjoy your evening in our hot tub, take a walk to visit our calm and gentle horses, we also own a beautiful lake and we are "forest farmers" i.e. we plant 10.000 trees each year and we can highly recommend a stroll through our young forest to the lake. There will be sheep, chicken, cats and dogs around and next to the house there is a beautiful old church:)

Our Cabins come with made up beds, private WC, warm and nice outdoor shower and a hot tub (needs to be booked in advance). They are well furnished with blackout curtains, luxury in bed and linens. It lies 15 minutes (by car) south of Blönduós and 2 km from the main road.

We are easy to reach (even with a small car) in all seasons and there are many activities and natural landmarks in our area.

Very cosy and family friendly three bedroom apartment located in Hólar, Hjaltadalur in the municipality of Skagafjörður. In this beautiful home you have everything you need to have a peaceful and nourishing holiday. Cosy balcony with great mountain view. Note that this is a home to me and my two boys so it's very important to be neat and respectful around our belongings.
