一棟貸しの宿　トキワ荘

下記の予約出来ない人10項目の宿主のストレスになる苦手な人は予約出来ません。宿はBBQが人気の最大8名様まで1日1組限定一棟貸し宿。送迎は要相談。基本的に5人家族が使っていた家なのでそれ以上の人数は不向き。トイレも中に1つ、外の離れに1つ（隣の宿と共用）で大人数の場合は朝はトイレ渋滞。風呂は薪風呂なので基本的に近くの温泉を利用願います（外風呂は冬は氷点下）暖房も薪。古民家のボロい家と認識できるチャレンジャーのみ予約可能。 予約出来ない人 ①年末年始・GW・お盆・シルバー他連休のハイシーズン予約をキャンセルしたり、連泊予約後に連泊を短縮する人。 ②10代20代だけの日本人若者団体 ③到着時間等連絡ない人 ④内風呂が無い、トイレが足りない、キッチンが狭い、汚い等口コミしがちな人。（シャワーは外の離れにあります） ⑤歯ブラシすら置いてないとか苦情を言われる人。（アメニティはタオル、シャンプー、ボディソープ程度） ⑥ごみの分別が出来ない人 ⑦食器を元通り戻さない人。 ⑧綺麗さを保てず物品を壊して退出される人 ⑨節電が出来ない人 ⑩静かに出来ないとかBBQは21時までの時間厳守出来ない人
