The greenery is the most stunning space, when I say dream home, I mean it - it's perfect.. just the right size, private, quiet, stunning surrounds. Wonderfully equipped with a full kitchen, laundry and massive walk-in wardrobe (seriously great for long stays) seriously, stay here.

We had a great stay at Sailors catch and Claire the host was great with communication and sent us a great place for lunch. The views of the beach and sunset were awesome and we will be back to stay in the future 👍

Great place for our family to stay. Walking distance to the heart of Reefton. Outside area was fabulous. Clean and comfortable house.

Wow, wow!! Beautifully presented, perfect location to beach and town. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 infants. Only suggestions I’d make is fly screens on the doors, it got quite hot upstairs during the day. Also a fire guard for gas heater. Tv in downstairs bedroom didn’t work either. But just very small things. Certainly would recommend staying here, we will if we’re back this way. Thanks for being an awesome host with all my questions

Stayed for work, clean and tidy and would stay again

Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Clean, tidy. lovely and quiet at night. we were worried a hostel would be noisy at night. All ages booked in. Young and elderly. Good friendly atmosphere

Das Haus ist ein kleines Juwel am perfekten Ort. Leider etwas kleiner und älter als wir gedacht haben aber es ist alles sehr sauber und weitestgehend renoviert und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die direkte Strandlage ist perfekt. Man kann Lagerfeuer machen (einfach das Holz am Strand sammeln, reichlich verfügbar) und Sterne beobachten. Bis zum “Zentrum” Hokitikas mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind es nur 500m zu Fuß. Was uns fehlte und daher eigentlich eine Bewertung von einer sehr guten 4,5 ist: ein Geschirrspüler in der Küche, ein Grill im Garten sowie auch etwas gemütliches Licht zum draußen sitzen würden es perfekt machen. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber, die sehr bemüht waren unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Well the pictures instantly appealed- but it’s much larger in real life. The accessibility for me of being able to check in at 9pm was very helpful and as I had a lot of gear with me having the door at the front was very useful for loading and unloading. The details in the memrobilia were very interesting and yet a classic collection that was visually appealing A very classy apartment. Also much warmer and quieter that I had expected.

Unique character with comfort and style.

Nice, unique place on the way to Franz Joseph Glacier or the other way to Arthur’s Pass/Christchurch. The staff is very friendly.

What great hosts. Best airbnb ever. Absolutely loved this home away from home. Justine and Baz had thought of everything. It would have been very easy to stay in and just enjoy the view and surroundings. The furnishing paid attention to every detail, the bed to die for, all the appliances A+, the outdoor relaxing and bbq facilities excellent. The tea,coffee and breakfast cereal an excellent choice. Relaxing at night on a big luxurious couch with great TV and internet, after riding our bikes all day was just another plus. I could just go on and on. It was just awesome far better than any 5 star+ hotel or motel. Can't wait to return when the locals finish the biking/walking track around the lake. thank you again Jill and Kevin.

We had a fantastic stay drive was a bit steep but we managed in our front 2 wheel drive vehicle. Lovely stay had everything we needed. And very Friendly hosts would happily stay again 🙏🏻

Great place, perfect for a grouo

If you are thinking about staying here - stay here! A standout experience of thoughtful accommodation. Guided to the cabin by solar lights on the driveway, the cabin was spotless and welcoming. The spa is fantastic, and the surroundings are stunning. Lots to do in the surrounding areas but plenty to keep you occupied just on the property. A favourite Airbnb stay for sure!
