Huset har stor fælles have; børn og voksne kan boltre sig med fx spil og bål-aktiviteter. 10 minutters gang fra Skov og Vadehav. 6 km fra Ribe by. Af turistattraktioner kan nævnes: Besøg på; Den lokale vingårds café, Vadehavscentret m. østerstur på Vadehavet, vikingecenter, den lille ø Mandø, (15 min.) Øen Rømø. (20 min.) Besøg hos lokale kunstnere kan også anbefales.

Huset har 6 rummelige værelser og 3 badeværelser – heraf en separat tilbygning med 2 værelser og bad. Faciliteter: Gasgrill, elbil-lader og hund velkommen.
