Beautiful location allowing you to unwind and experience a more serene and calm way of life. Also super close to bourkes luck potholes and the blyde river canyon viewpoints and hikes.

We loved our short stay here. The kids spent hours in the two beautiful swimming pools and the adults soent hours watching the different wild life pass through the area. Staffan and the staff team were extremely responsive and nothing was ever a problem.

Geweldig nacht in de cottage van John en Annie beleeft. Aankomst was geweldig ze stond klaar voor ons om alles even kort maar duidelijk uit te leggen. Plek was geweldig, hebben tot laat buiten gezeten en naar de dierengeluiden geluisterd die vanuit het Kruger park kwamen! Fantastische avond gehad en spijtig dat we niet langer konden blijven! Komen zeker terug als we weer Zuid Afrika bezoeken!

Beautiful setting along the river in the bush. Comfortable and functional space with a friendly host and helpful team. Best for those who are happy to be away from the hustle and bustle, as it’s an hour to Hoedspruit.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. We visited with our 11 year old daughters and the pool kept them entertained for hours. The house had everything you could possibly need. Hoedspruit is barely a 10 minute drive away and there are some incredible restaurants close by. The property itself is in a small reserve with no predators and you can do your own little game drive if you wanted. Property was really easy to find, there were loads of local tips from Annette and we felt very secure. We would certainly recommend.

This airbnb at Bush River Lodge was the absolute BEST! Lisa was so lovely to talk to and was kind enough to greet us with welcome drinks and make our stay special for our honeymoon. The place itself is BEAUTIFUL and right on the river with lots of wildlife! In the morning she and her husband made a lovely breakfast! This was one of our favorite places and we hope to come back in the future! 10/10 recommend!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

For a family/group of people, this is a really wonderful spot. The kitchen/dining/living area is huge and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The outside braai area has an awesome view from the deck, where we spent most of our time. Antonio is a great host and communicates wonderfully. We had a great stay here as a big family and wish we had stayed longer.
