If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Constructed in 2024 in the heart of Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes. Sleeps 16 adults. 3 king bedrooms each with bathroom en suites. Steam shower, sauna and adjoining shower room. Pool (May 1 through Oct 31) and hot tub (year-round) overlooking the lake. Sunsets on the dock, a sandy beach, and fire pit. 3-season porch tucked in between the treetops. Tree House

The Tree House, an upstairs dwelling, is in a peaceful setting. A unique topography supports numerous species of wild life including nearly 200 species of birds. The Tree House is located near the head waters of the Mississippi river, Tamarac National Wild Life Refuge, Detroit Mountain Recreation Area, golf courses, casinos and North Country Trail. A full kitchen and a comfortable indoor setting makes a lovely getaway. The rock fire pit is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.
