Stroll Capitol Hill from a Cozy Foursquare Home

1 queen bed in bedroom, 2 twin beds in living room sofa. WIFI, TV w/cable included. Keyless entry makes for an easy visit. The space is 1 block from a city bus stop and 2 blocks to Denver B-cycle. There is street parking, however we recommend walking, biking, or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere in the city. The space has a separate entrance with keyless entry. It is one bedroom, one bath, a kitchenette, and a living/dining room. You are welcome to use our outdoor spaces at your leisure. Laundry access can be made available on request. This is our home and we live upstairs. We are an easy train ride from Denver International Airport to Union Station, and then a $10 Uber ride to the house. The apartment has its own entry on the north side of the house. Guests will have access to the front porch and the back patio. Street parking only. Host lives in the top floors of the house and is available via airbnb messaging at all times. We have an individualized door code for each stay so you can come and go as you please. The home is located in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, which has a history of being a haven for artists and bohemians with its boutique shops, graffiti murals, neighborhood dive bars, and music venues. Downtown is within easy walking distance. Marijuana is legal in Colorado. Feel free to partake but no smoking or vaping inside the apartment. Street parking can be tough in Capitol Hill if you arrive late at night. Our neighborhood is walkable so you probably won’t even need a car for your stay. Public transportation in Denver is also reliable.

No check ins past 10:30pm. Spacious basement apartment with two bedrooms, private bath, living room and private entrance in the historic, artsy Baker neighborhood in Denver. Lovely, safe, walkable neighborhood just 4 blocks from South Broadway, home to many popular bars, restaurants, vintage stores, bookstores, coffee shops, yoga studios, and markets. 5 min drive from I-25, 6th Ave, and Santa Fe, making day trips to the mountains convenient. 1.2 miles to light rail. 20 min drive to Red Rocks.

Cozy studio in-law apartment in Denver Art District close to theatre, restaurants, shopping, Union Station, Cherry Creek and the Rocky Mountains. A perfect crash pad for touristing/working in Colorado. I'm a quiet person and an early riser, and this is a space for like-minded guests. You will have your own private entrance and space, divided from the rest of the home by a locked glass partition with a blackout curtain. Enjoy direct access to the city and easy access to the mountains!

Welcome to your fully private studio in Historic Capitol Hill. ❤️ You’ll have your own entrance with keypad, and the unit is completely separate. Central location, close to downtown, the bar scene, concert venues along Colfax and steps away from tons of cool dining options. Huge private patio is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening smoke :-) We love puppers 🐶 and allow small pets (25 pounds or less) for a small extra fee!

Brand New Guest Suite Minutes from Downtown Denver

Enjoy a short (or long!) stay at my guest suite in Sloan's Lake. Whether in town for work, a concert, or just a quick get-away, you'll find everything you need in this guest suite w/ kitchenette. Empower Field (Mile High) is a 7 minute walk, Sloan's Lake is a 15 minute walk, and downtown Denver is a 5 to 10 minute Uber or Lyft. I live a quiet life in the upstairs of the house with my dog so will be around in the event you need anything!

The Studio | Denver

This is a backyard studio apartment with high ceilings, plenty of light and lots of privacy. The entrance to the studio is accessed through an alley, with street parking an easy 1/2 block walk away. Conveniently located to the 38th and Blake Street "A" Train, RINO Arts District, York Street Yards and all the breweries and fun of central Denver, Colorado. You are a hop, skip and a jump to I-70 and the fast track to the Rocky Mountains.
