The house was clean, comfortable and the pool was nice. The yard was private. We enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location for dinner at the ice plant. Easy to get to and close enough to walk to St. George street.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Sara’s airbnb. The house has a great layout. LOVE the mother-in-law suite! Served all of our purposes and so appreciate the fact that it is pet friendly. Our 4 furbabies had a great time! They especially enjoyed running in that spacious yard. And all the amenities were available as listed. If I had a question or anything popped up, Sara was always quick to respond. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Blue Haven, the house was really nice and exactly as described. The beds were extremely comfortable and the layout was perfect for our group. The location was quiet and a 10 minute drive or Uber to downtown St. Augustine. The pool was brilliant and great to relax in after a day spent sightseeing. Belinda is an excellent host and responded promptly to any queries we had.

I could not have asked for a better first experience with an Airbnb. In fact, the Coleman's set the bar so high, any place I stay after this will have some pretty big shoes to fill. (For reference, my sister stayed in a different Airbnb back in November and she had go out and by a simple toaster.) Everything from pen, paper, and scissors, an air pump for the pool floaties, a grill with propane tank, cleaning and cooking supplies, step ladder, extra blankets and pillows... It's like a home away from home. Needless to say, no nightmares here! lol The pool was perfect. The house has decorative notes/reminders all over the house so we never had to guess what to do. The neighborhood was so quiet. We live in Jacksonville, so we don't get to see too many stars. This location was the perfect blend of walmart-10-minutes-away, but also minimal-light-pollution and woke-up-to-birds-chirping-in-the-trees. My kids loved it and want to stay there again.

Our family had a wonderful time at this large and fun holiday home. The pictures are accurate, well stocked, and the communication, helpful with the owner quick to respond. It was easy to get in and checkout. The nearby beach is wide and has beautiful white sand and lovely water. The pool area was great for the kids with part shade and part sun, comfy chairs, and lots of beach towels and water toys. We had two babies there and it was so helpful to have a crib, porta crib, and two high chairs to use. There was plenty of room and the party room with karaoke, foosball, and ping pong was a big hit. We all went into St Augustine, about a 15 minute drive, one morning and really enjoyed the downtown, a nice addition to just hanging out at the beach and by the pool. Heating the pool was very comfortable. Would highly recommend for a lovely family gathering.

Could not say enough great things about this place!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and it was everything we hoped it would be and more. Would absolutely recommend and hopefully will be back again!

As advertised, close to downtown, in a neighborhood, but felt very private. Backyard, pool and hot tub, clean, beautifully landscaped. Super relaxing. Home is spacious and well appointed. Heather was very responsive. Parking lot was shaded and with everything being one level, it was great for someone with bad knees. Even included a variety of coffee! Will rent again!

Cute house located in a great area. The pool was a lovely touch and we enjoyed our stay.

We fell in love with the palm city area. The commanders shellfish camp and rodies place were our favorites. Publics right down the road. Multiple beaches around. Dani is a good property manager. Whole bunch of properties to choose from. Stay was clean. communication was easy and clear. House rules were simple and reasonable. Check out list was not overbearing. Would stay again.

We LOVED our stay at Beachers and in this particular condo. Marty was a dream to work with. EVERYTHING was to our complete satisfaction…clean, well stocked in terms of kitchen supplies, enough TP, dish soap, paper towels to last for our 5 night stay and even a few coffee pods for the Keurig. The view of the ocean was breathtaking and you are steps from the beach. Our stay was during the work week and it was quiet and peaceful. We’ll certainly return!

We were very pleased with our stay at the condo. It was perfect for our weekend. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The complex was quiet and well maintained. The beach was a short walk and the walk to the very nice pool was even shorter. The hosts communicated well. Would definitely rent again.

This condo is perfect. It met our needs and is located in beautiful St. Augustine. Great location. Ocean views. Peaceful.

Great apartment, close to one pool and only 5 min walking to the beach. The complex even has 2 pools one being closer to the beach where we have been mostly alone during our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped. the apartment is on the street side but we did not hear anything inside, but on the balcony which was fine for us. AC and fans in the living and bedroom. All in all we had an amazing time here!

Our family of 5 very much enjoyed this condo and the area. Cindy has thought of everything and created a very nice rental and the beach there is beautiful. There are many great restaurants to choose from and the miniature golf down the street is actually the best we’ve seen. Downtown St. Augustine is also a must see and very charming. Definitely recommend this condo and area for a relaxing vacation.
