Your own entrance, deck, bbq, fire pit, kayaks, canoes,paddleboards,etc . Free access to a 50 acre private property with forested hiking trails. Close to other hiking trails, fishing spots, sand beaches. Ice fishing is popular on Weller's Bay during winter, close to skidoo trails,a local ski hill.

A must see is our World famous Sandbanks Beach.

Welcome to your designer county retreat! Set amongst fields and vineyards, this spacious four bedroom home is on 1.5 acres and less than a 5 minute walk to fantastic wineries including Hinterland (next door), The Grange and Trail Estates. Beaches and restaurants are also close at hand. The house is a 9 minute drive to Wellington and a 30 minute drive to Sandbanks. In the heart of wine country sits this new estate water front property. Perfectly situated to make enjoying wineries, cycling paths, Sandbanks and the great outdoors such an easy experience. You will have a very large (2100 sq. ft) three bedroom basement apartment that can sleep 6, with a walk out patio, full living room, games rooms, tv, and immense windows that over sees the water to let nature in. Guests also have full use of the upper deck to enjoy their morning coffee and the sunrise.
