Steps away from the 836 acre Hinesburg Town Forest, with some of the best mountain biking, snowshoeing & hiking trails around. Close to many downhill, backcountry & cross country ski areas, including Bolton Valley, Sleepy Hollow, Camel’s Hump, Mad River Glen, Sugarbush & Smuggler's. A short 30 minute drive to Burlington for great shopping or a night on the town. Also a wonderful place to just chill.

Counter space for meals. Large living room. Master bedroom with queen bed, bunks beds. Deck & Grill 40 ft of lake frontage, private dock. Paddle kayaks, hike trails from property. The road is plowed and relatively flat. In winter you need at least all season but preferably snow tires to access.

Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails are nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.

A J1772 Level 2 EV charger is available for an additional $10 per night.
