Central heat and air conditioning. We are on the third floor. The stairway is close to the condo and two elevators are also available. No pets. No parties.

From the porch, you can see the Grenada Street Folk Garden: our community production farm filled with fresh vegetables, fruit trees and blooming flowers for our CSA.
