VERY SPACIOUS INCLUDES POOL, TWO GYMS AND TENNIS COURT! Guests have private use of the condo with self check-in keyless entry. Has 1 bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with shower/tub, enclosed screened patio, sunroom, living room with TV and Sofa that converts to a double bed or chaise, dining room, full kitchen, and laundry area. Central heat and air conditioning. We are on the third floor. The stairway is close to the condo and two elevators are also available. No pets. No parties.

This beautifully decorated, one of a kind West Jackson cottage on a quiet street within the Cooperative Community of New West Jackson. The home is filled with natural light making for a cozy stay. Model residents of the Cooperative live in the neighboring houses while my family and I stay a block away. From the porch, you can see the Grenada Street Folk Garden: our community production farm filled with fresh vegetables, fruit trees and blooming flowers for our CSA.
