Relaxing older home nestled in a quiet area. Long term stays welcome. High speed internet. Home is clean & updated with all needed amenities. Easy access from I-55 and cIose to I-220, UMMC, Baptist, St. Dominic, local colleges as well as downtown Jackson. Large deck overlooks tree lined back yard where you can sit & drink your morning coffee or have a drink (ice tea, of course) to unwind. Close to multiple excellent restaurants, museums, hospitals, and parks in the metro area. Enjoy your stay!

Betty's Home is well maintained. It has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bath (no tub) with hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen features a smooth top stove, a double oven, dishwasher, coffee pot, and microwave. There is a washer and dryer for your use as well. 2 car attached garage for parking. TV in the living and master bedroom. Wonderful locally owned Restaurants to pick from. It's a quiet neighborhood with the best neighbors! Sorry, but absolutely no pets or no smoking in the home!

Cheerful 2-Bedroom Retreat in Historic Belhaven

Enjoy a stay in this cheerful 2-bedroom home! Enjoy the modern updates in this early 1950's, spacious rental. Take a walk up the block to Laurel Park or enjoy the sunroom for a view of the outdoors without the MS heat! This location is close to local universities, less than two miles to dining and shopping in Fondren, a quick drive to well known areas Highland Village and the District at Eastover, and less than a mile from the MS Children's Museum and Natural Science museums.

Mulberry Tree Guesthouse, Cottage Near Downtown

This beautifully decorated, one of a kind West Jackson cottage on a quiet street within the Cooperative Community of New West Jackson. The home is filled with natural light making for a cozy stay. Model residents of the Cooperative live in the neighboring houses while my family and I stay a block away. From the porch, you can see the Grenada Street Folk Garden: our community production farm filled with fresh vegetables, fruit trees and blooming flowers for our CSA.

A Sunny Day in Fondren!

This Fondren cottage is peaceful, comfortable, and close to everything that Fondren has to offer! This charming historical cottage has a kitchen, dining room, living room, sunroom, a large backyard, and off-street parking. This well-equipped home features an updated kitchen with a retro stove, waterlox-finished wood counters, and french doors to the backyard. The backyard deck has a beautiful view of the backyard and opportunities for bird-watching.

Bohemian Bungalow side A

This is a home that we have split into two completely separate and private apartments. It is a cozy space in the heart of urban Jackson right behind Redeemer Church who loves on it so well. It’s only a few miles away from everything there is to do in Jackson and surrounding cities. The neighborhood is slowly but surely up and coming, where countless people love and invest into the community. Its not the prettiest neighborhood but we love it!

Located in the Historic Fondren District, my place is just steps from fabulous restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops, shopping, music venues (Duling Hall), and a grocery store (Corner Market). It is also very close to University of Mississippi Medical Center, Baptist Hospital, Millsaps and Belhaven University. Enjoy private/off street parking in the bustling downtown Fondren District.
