Start a campfire, order a candle-lit dinner, enjoy a massage, embrace the sounds of nature, roll out the yoga mat and take a bite of pineapples, avocados from my garden.

Lake Kerere Cottage

Enjoy this stunning location, with incredible views over Lake Kerere and Kibale National Park, with the Rwenzoris Mountains as your other view. There are 2 full time staff to help with washing dishes and cleaning. The cottage is situated on 27 acres of private land with 800 meters of lawn on the crater lake rim - all to yourself. It is a 45 minute drive to the chimp tracking starting point. It’s a great spot to go for walks, runs, bike rides and swim in the crater lakes.

BLT Residence - Kasese A serene and tranquil home

BLT Residence is a bungalow nestled at the foothills of Rwenzori Mountain. It is a cool and peaceful environment Enjoy a picnic at the river or just being serenaded by the birds. At night, you will be lulled to sleep by the sound of the river making its way downstream. The place is suitable for all categories of holiday makers and is very spacious.

Guests stay at Sunbird Hill to enjoy the unspoilt nature around them. Each overnight guest has a Nature Walk on the house highlighting the beauty of flora and small fauna on the edge of Kibale National Park. An obvious choice for people who do not want to stay in a lodge but want to be close to the start location of tracking the chimpanzees with UWA.

Mbunga Community Campsite

On top of the mountains, there is traditional houses made up of mud, timber and leaves (spear grass). It is a nearby restaurant, and can enjoy beautiful surroundings with view over the Rwenzori Mountains. Offer trips in local villages and amazing trip in beautiful nature. The prize do not include food, but option for get breakfast, lunch and dinner.
