This peaceful condo is located in the heart of Hilo at the Hilo Lagoon Center. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants, shopping, lagoons and Hilo Bay parks! Fully Air Conditioned, total amenities, 24 hour security bldg w/ pool. This nice 2-bedroom condo (961 sq ft) offers the most desirable location in Hilo which is close to downtown and the beach, has outstanding views of Mauna Kea and other mountains, and has access to the stunning lake in Wailoa River State park just outside the building.

Off-Grid Rainforest River Cabin (No Cleaning Fee)

This is a RUSTIC 1 room cabin located right next to our river. It has its own en-suite (private) bathroom. This property is solar OFF-GRID, meaning you will not be able to use electronic devices that generate heat (like hair dryers or toasters). The cabin has a low voltage water pump and propane water heater (for HOT SHOWERS and a flushing toilet). This cabin SHARES A WALL with a second apartment where one of our property managers lives. There is an on-property WATERFALL swimming area.
