Take a stroll through the park, then unwind with a leisurely dinner under the festoon lights. You will find the space charming & spacious with over 1500 sq. feet. This single level property is the lower level of a historic duplex. Hardwood floors, crown molding, gas fireplace and laundry room. Street parking is usually readily available. This A+ location of Banker's Hill is NOT impacted by air plane noise. Enjoy the entire lower level duplex and use of the back yard with patio set for dining. Please note the upper tenant may also want to use this space so this area could be shared. We would love to greet you but are also fine with allowing you to access with a code on the front door. We live nearby and are happy to make suggestions for dining or things to do. Located near numerous restaurants, and Balboa Park, Hillcrest, the zoo, Downtown, Little Italy, and the Convention Center are all within 10 minutes. Be at the beach in less than 15 minutes. The bus line runs up First Ave for easy access to Downtown and Uptown. Near trolley and train station. We are within 10 minutes to the San Diego International Airport and a quick Uber ride to Downtown, Little Italy. Walk to the heart of Hillcrest, Balboa Park and the Zoo. Be at the beach in less then 15 minutes. Central location near the I-5, I-163 & I-8. Because of the hardwood floors, you will hear the footsteps above. We are located on a quiet, eclectic street in a canyon with lots of trees and great neighbors. Near beaches, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Little Italy, Gaslamp and the San Diego Bay. Near grocery stores, movie theaters, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Important: We meet all guests personally upon arrival. Light & Airy Craftsman in Mission Hills/Hillcrest

This craftsman (originally built in 1923) was updated with modern finishes throughout! It includes a vaulted ceiling in the great room and plenty of outdoor spaces, in addition to an outdoor shower to clean up after the beach. The open main room has areas for all your needs: a fully stocked kitchen with gas stove, a dining area, a two-person breakfast counter, a living room with flat screen TV, and an office area with two computer monitors & a keyboard for your personal use.

Mid-Century Retreat Hillcrest, Parking, A/C

This 2nd floor retreat sits in a prime location of Hillcrest, a highly desirable area in San Diego. It is very bright, quiet, and private and sits directly behind our house(pictured) with no common walls. You are within walking distance to "The Heart of Hillcrest" where you will discover many fabulous restaurants, coffee and boutique shops, and so much more. We are a short Uber drive to downtown and everywhere else San Diego has to offer. We hope you stay with us soon!

Historic Julia Wilson House in Central Location!

One bedroom, one bath private downstairs apartment in a two unit home with a private entrance with designated parking! The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a giant couch that pulls out into a bed that is similar to a queen bed. Large dining table converts to a ping pong/pool table! Stocked kitchen There is a small back patio. The home is right in the thick of it in University Heights. Expect a lot of foot traffic, yummy smells from the ice cream store next door!
