Our Balsam Fir cabin is our accessible, barrier free cabin for those with mobilities concerns or people looking for more space in the cabin. There is one queen bed in this cabin, a large bathroom, small kitchenette and a HOT TUB! Our urban wilderness accommodations are nestled in nature, while only being 4kms from Downtown Truro with local amenities, great cafes & shops, and popular tourist attractions.

Lots of trails for walking, hiking or snowshoeing. Located just 16km from Ski Wentworth and 18km from the charming village of Tatamagouche.

Earth & Aircrete Dome Home

Creative, unique and cozy. This dome is made from aircrete and is finished with clay plaster and an earthen floor. It is a piece of art in every respect and is sure to inspire. It has everything needed to cook food, be warm and sleep deeply as well as nearby hiking and skiing trails leading to rivers and cliffs. It is heated by a wood stove or electric space heater and has a outdoor composting toilet and a shared indoor bathroom. Come enjoy the only dome of it's kind in the whole country!
