Cozy King Blue H2O Staycation , Pool & Hot Tub

Quiet secluded STAYCATION w/ Fully Fenced Back Yard for the PUPS. We have a hot tub for year round use and a Stock Tank Pool (Closed until 5/23/25) . A fire pit to unwind. Back yard BBQ with a built in bar top table and a cozy Sectional to enjoy the outdoors. Inside we have an amazing plush King size mattress to take all stress away. Full kitchen * Hot tub - I will do my best to have it available at all times unless there is a mechanical issue. (No refunds if hot tub is not available)

Unwind at this modern 4-bedroom home, suitable for large groups. A 15-20 min drive will get you to PTI airport, High Point, the Greensboro Coliseum or Winston-Salem. For entertainment, our home has something for everyone. Enjoy a game of ping pong or foosball, binge watch your favs on one of 6 Alexa-enabled Roku TVs, cozy up by the fireplace, or take a swim (End May-Early Sep). Groceries, shopping, and restaurants are a 5 min drive. Ample parking for up to six cars is available on property.

In-ground pool (April-Oct) with walk-out patio and plenty of lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, fire pit, gas grill and outdoor patio heater. Your private entrance accesses the entire basement and incls the 11'x17' workout area with full-sz fridge, air fryer, double burners and microwave. The large living area (21'x29') is comfortable with leather couches and a 65" Smart TV, plus TWO private bathrooms both with showers.

My modern and convenient condo located in the heart of Winston-Salem’s shopping district will provide you with a 1 bedroom & bathroom space. The condo is professionally furnished and cleaned to provide a 5 star experience. Basic appliances provided (microwave, kitchen appliances, washer & dryer, dishwasher, Keurig). Very spacious with patio furniture for extra relaxation! You can also enjoy the community pool and gym. This space is NOT shared. Guests have the entire space to themselves.

Theater, heated pool/hot tub near HPU/Market

Split-level 4 BR home close to HPU and Furniture Market. This home is right off the highway and has a 10-foot theater screen for the movie room with a wood-burning fireplace. Amazing primary bathroom and custom kitchen. The gas-heated pool and or hot tub can be turned on at the guest's request. Hot tub $25/day, if you want the pool heated (winter only) $75/day (3-day minimum for the pool to be heated) to cover the cost of the gas. The pool has an outdoor stereo for music with Bluetooth.
