Mit dem Autobus 58B kommt man in 14 Minuten direkt zum Schloss Schönbrunn, Eingang Hietzinger Tor, Palmenhaus, Rosengarten und Tiergarten Schönbrunn und U4 Hitzig. Von der Schnellbahnstation Atzgersdorf mit der S-Bahn zum Belvedere/Quartier Belvedere und zum Hauptbahnhof- weiter mit U1 zum Stephansplatz.

Cosy winter garden, charming Biedermeier-room with kingsize bed, single bed and seating group. Bedroom (two doors) with double bed and bunk bed. Convenient kitchen with sofa, dining place, dishwasher, oven inclusive microwave. Bathroom includes toilet and shower.

The accommodation is on the lower floor of a beautiful newly built family home. The apartment is brand new, in the best condition. Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
